16, Racquel and Andy became franchise partners/owners of the Briargate Burn Boot Camp location. From personal talks and messages with our founders Devan and Morgan Kline, to photoshoots and design plans with the HQ marketing and retail teams, the behind the scenes marketing work from Burn Media Co.On Oct. We are beyond impressed with the Franchise Partner Support from Burn Boot Camp Headquarters. Lastly, love, encouragement, support, everything hands down goes to #BurnNation!! From members at the gyms we started at (Burn Smyrna & Burn Decatur) to members across nearly 300 locations, the love and encouragement is beyond what we could have ever imagined. Whether it’s a financial investment or just words of wisdom they are always in our corner. They have been behind this dream since day 1. This shoutout, however, has to go to our families. When it comes to support, it comes from everywhere and we are super grateful. They are a big reason why we chose to take on this journey and have been with us every step of the way, answering every question we have. This is definitely going to be a few shoutouts! When it comes to mentorship we have to shoutout our good friends and Burn Franchise Partners Ezzie and Jodie Raulls. Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Yes! All we do is eat haha but we also love, The Painted Pin for upscale Bowling, Punch Bowl Social at the Battery, and Top Golf! For brunch we’re headed to Edgewood! BQE has all the vibes and great fish and grits! Snooze in North Buckhead is a new favorite and we have to take the drive out to The Marietta Local, their chicken and french toast is the best! Before we drop you off at the airport we have to stop at The Corner Grille in College Park, they never disappoint. We will walk down to Krog street to see the tunnel, but we’ll definitely need to scooter back! Two of our dinners will have to be at STK and RA Sushi, then for our late night cravings we’re headed to Cookout for milkshakes, Sublime Doughnuts, and Tiffs Treats has to be on this list. We love the crowd, the shops and restaurants there too. We will need to walk off all that food so we’re headed to the Beltline. When we get you from the airport we’re headed straight to Ubar! The entire menu is great and the drinks… lets just say you only need 1 or 2. We have been on a “lets try something new” binge lately but here are some of our “Go-To’s”. If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to? We’ve watched long lasting friendships be established, play dates happen, lives change not just through fitness but through philanthropy, all because we value community! This is a big family and with universal memberships people literally book their vacations around the nearest Burn. We are most proud of the community that Burn Boot Camp has established nationwide. We are also known for our elite trainers, all certified, and have mastered the art of 1:1 personal training in a group setting. Our floor helps to slow down the wear and tear that naturally comes with exercise. What sets us apart is our signature floating floor, similar to a gymnastics floor, it offers joint support by softening the impact when jumping and doing explosive movements. What should our readers know about your business?Īt Burn Boot Camp we offer 45 minute high intensity strength and cardio camps. We both studied entrepreneurship in college and while we salute those who choose to start their own brands, we knew we wanted to follow an established business plan with proven success! This is why we chose franchising. We thought a lot about what career paths we wanted to take after college and sports and it always came back to fitness. We knew that once we found exactly what we wanted to do, financial freedom and being our boss would come with it one way or another. Burn gave us the option to do all those things. We value living a healthy lifestyle, we value helping other people, and we value impacting our community. The process began with us falling in love with the brand that aligns with our own core values. Hi Deangelo & MonTayla, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business? We had the good fortune of connecting with Deangelo & MonTayla Yancey and we’ve shared our conversation below.
